An EARLY LABOR Tradition!

I recently thought of the idea of baking a cake during early labor and I love it! I definitely want to do it during labor this time.

One of the best things to do early labor is to distract yourself and act like you aren’t in labor until you can’t anymore!

Being in the kitchen, standing up, and moving around while baking would be perfect! And last time I was in labor I was craving doughnuts so I think your body naturally knows that you need high energy food before and after labor!

Then you get to enjoy your baby’s first birthday cake while you’re cozy in bed with your newborn and celebrating!
