✍️HOW TO: plan your Taipei trip better! 🇹🇼✈️

if you’re planning a trip to taipei (especially some time during may - july 2025), these are some things I wish I knew earlier to help plan my trip better 😭✍️

🙅‍♀️🏢 museums are closed on mondays

learned this the hard way when we went to yangmingshan and even our tour guide for the day forgot the museum there closes on mondays…

May is the season where it can be sunny on week and rainy the next. i wore a tube top on a day that was supposedly sunny, but it was freezing cold with harsh winds at night 🥶💰

this will come in handy during the june-july season when it super duper hot!! 🔥🥵☀️

🛍️ visit these xmd pop-up stores!!

alike the pop-ups we used to see at scape and orchard, there will be stores selling mainly clothes, handmade crafts, and even snacks. feel free to chat with the store owners and bargain! i also mainly did my shopping here cause idky the shopping in the other night markets are not it…

🚝 airport train

Ensure your TPass card has *at least $150* before hopping onto the train to the Airport! If you don’t, the staff there can help you top up as well.

Also, the express and commuter train to the Airport is the same price! So don’t be dummies like us, just take the express train instead for a faster commute
