Stuffed pepper soup 🫑🌶️

The weather’s been pretty cold up here in the DMV so I’ve been making a lot of soups. I love bell peppers in just about everything so I knew I’d love this soup. It was very easy to make.

First, brown your ground beef and drain it.

While that’s cooking, chop up your veggies. I did 3 bell peppers and half of a small onion.

Next, I added one can of tomato sauce, one 32 oz container of beef broth and the following seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, slap ya mama, smoked paprika & accent. I then let it simmer for about 30 minutes. I ate it with rice but I didn’t put the rice into the pot because I didn’t want the rice to soak up all of the soup.
