THE GLASSHOUSE | cafe at chijmes 🐚

the other day i got the chance to visit the glasshouse at chijmes! my friend and i ate ramen at another restaurant there (more details in a future post) n after that we wanted to relax at a cafe so we decided to check this one out!

at first glance the cafe looks pretty spacious! the use of wood and plants make it seem like a little garden 🌷 and it’s so pleasing to the eye <3 the way the sunlight enters through the full-length glass panels is so beautiful too ₊˚❀*ੈ

since we already ate lunch, we were too full for the mains & pastries… so we got an iced mocha n iced chocolate! however i’d love to try the mains (like the stracciatella toast) and also some of the sweets (dark chocolate sea salt sable) next time 🤍 the drinks were pretty good n lasted us maybe 2 hours? i quite liked the iced chocolate bc it wasn’t too sweet! really wanted to try the waffles n ice cream but we were too full LOL…

something i found sooo adorable n unique was the stack of conversation starter cards placed at each table! there were different conversation prompts on each one for you to use with your friends while you’re there <3 i thought this was such a sweet idea!! kinda like “we’re not really strangers”… and for free 😎

all in all i had a great experience there! really lucky that there was no dining time limit (hvala had a 1 hour dining time limit) and we got to stay until it closed ⭐️ only kinda bad thing was that for some reason the connection was not that good there LOL we couldn’t load youtube or telegram on our phones…. 😓
