5 mins vietnamese spring rolls! 🇻🇳

Chanced upon rice paper at the supermarket and decided to get it to try making vietnamese spring rolls! 🙋🏻‍♀️

This was honestly a fun dish to make together at home - also works well with whatever veggies and meat you want to add (be it chicken, shrimp, pork, beef etc) 🥩

🧑‍🍳Here’s how to make it:

1) Prepare the rice paper

Dip rice paper in warm water until it softens

2) Pile on the ingredients

Add whatever ingredients you like! We added lettuce, onions, carrots and chicken slices 🥬 🧅 🥕 🍗

3) Roll the filling and envelope the sides

Gently pull the bottom of the wrapper up and over the filling. Fold the sides in mid way through and continue wrapping upward until your spring roll is fully wrapped!
