No.16 Bar in Asia 🍸🇸🇬

My bff and I visited this bar whilst I was in SG because it was my bday and I spontaneously wanted to go to a bar after getting matcha from Cloud and it was nearby.

Night Hawk is a hidden little speakeasy in a very unassuming location, slightly away from cbd’s buzz and crowd.

Ngl, we took awhile to find the entrance because the door really looked like a backdoor of a restaurant’s kitchen 🤣 but once we entered, we were like woahhhhh😯

The interior was just so vibey and cool - it felt like a mix of futuristic from the lights but also yet also old / vintage from the wood they used for their bar? 💯 for just their interior and aesthetics!

Their drinks are also 💯I seriously cannot recall the name of my drink even after re-looking at the menu but I definitely know my bff ordered the signature Night Hawk cocktail which was SO GOOD. There’s just something about the foam that my bff and I kept “omg”ing about 🤣

We were there at about 6 and it was pretty empty cos everyone ends work at 6pm or later in SG, so we had the whole place to ourselves. We sat at the bar at first but then saw the sofa seats and decided to move there to take photos of the bday flowers.

The ambience was cosy at first and my bff and I could hear each other talk however by 7:30, the whole place was already full. It’s only a very small bar, everyone was talking very loudly + they really increased the volume of the music to the point where we realised ok its not gonna be a chill spot anymore, its gonna start getting hectic, so we yeeted out to another bar!

A little pity bc we wanted to try other drinks and their food but maybe next time!
