Any Remedy for Receding Hair Line & Hair Growth?🥲

Basically this side of hair has always had new baby hair growing up and I always look like Conan and Ran Mouri with 1 side of their bangs sticking out. It's only lately that I notice it's Receding and I can see a lot of my scalp😭😭😭.

I heard that castor oil is good but which one do I get? Some people said that we're not supposed to use the pure one and we have to mix with some other stuff. How do I use it? My scalp get oily by evening🥲.

Any recommendations on how to grow my hair back? Honestly I don't know why this happens, I'm only 29 years old🥲.
