As we know, October adalah bulan Breast Cancer Awarness and on 27th October is dress up with pink color as a sign of supporting breast cancer awarness. So jom ramai ramai pakai baju color pink on 27th okay to show our support to all the women out there.

Based on my previous content before, i ada tekankan tentang 6 tanda breast cancer. and most of us takut to seek early treatment and some of us tak tahu how nak detect early sign of breast cancer.

every women should do breast-self examination (BSE) at home on the same date every month. make sure not on your period. Sebab apa tak boleh buat during period ? during period, the breast usually akan ada ketulan and a little bit tenderness. So if we do BSE masa ni, kita akan confuse if this is the sign of breast cancer or not.

U need to consistently do BSE sebabnya breast cancer can happen suddenly and once u detect any sign of breast cancer, u need to start seek for treatments from medical experts.
