Being in a relationship is not an easy task. even a healthy relationship also have their hardship to face on. But, is it normal to have trust issue in relationship? as for me the answer is can be yes and can be no. it depends on the situation and the reason of it. Trust issue can be happen due to themselves problem or their partner's. So what the situation and the reason for trust issue to be happen ? is it normal? or it just us who overthink about it which can ruined our relationship?

❤️‍🩹 It is NOT NORMAL if you are in a healthy relationship as it is a sign you lack trust to your partner

❤️‍🩹 Usually, it will start with overthinking first and later will lead to trust issue

❤️‍🩹 Unhealthy and toxic relationship can lead to trust issue

So, to avoid trust issue, the main key is to trust your partner and also your relationship!
