geocaching is basically an activity where many mini geocaches are planted all around the world and your job is to basically….. find it. caches can come in many shape but are usually compact and hidden to blend in with the surroundings 🌳 and no pls don’t eat

📍dis one how play

simply download the “Geocaching” app and you will see many green pins locating the caches all around SG, simply just click one closest to you and off you go :) with every cache, there’s a description and a hint detailing where the cache might be hidden. its not in plain sight so you do need to do some crouching, but nothing too hard 😉

📦 find alr then how

with every cache there will be a log list of ppl that have found the cache. simply just write your name and the date and you can log it in the app that you’ve found it. and PLS PLS PLS put it back where you found it so you don’t ruin other ppl’s experience of finding it. if you have a friend that you know will try to hide it somewhere else (or throw it away) for the lolz, just don’t introduce this to them lol. if you’re lucky, some people put little trinkets like coins from their home country if they’re visiting sg 😬

i highly recommend doing this if you’re just walking around after brunch, just open the app and see if there’s any caches nearby. i really like it because it gets you to be a tourist in your own country🤓 and you clock some steps in heh

so if your bf ask u “b next weekend go JB staycay?” i mean if he’s paying for everything, sure why not. but if he’s not, just go geocaching 🤪 have fun hehe
