I am a big yoga sculpt and Pilates lover! Since moving to NYC I’ve signed up for class pass so I can find my favorite Pilates/Pilates inspired workout class!

CorePower in Bryant Park is one of my favorite sculpt yoga studios! They have locations all over the city but I prefer this studio the most because of the big window in room!

I’ve been doing Pilates/yoga for over a year now and CorePower Yoga sculpt class is a go to of mine! The sculpt class offers a combination of yoga, cardio, and weights in a heated room!

They offer classes on the hour so you will always find one that works for your schedule! As a new member you get first week free of unlimited classes and your first month for only $128. After your first month this studio is $38 per class.
