Hari ni another update on my weightloss journey!

Finally sy manage utk turun hingga berat 56 kg from berat 60kg++. I am so excited sebab I almost reach my weight goal🤩

So here are some of things that I do during my weightloss journey:

- Drink 2000 litre of water (1 glass after bangun tdr pagi, 1 glass before meals and yang lain tu minum seperti biasa sampai cukup 2000 litre or lebih pun okey jaa)

- kurangkan makan makanan bergula, berminyak & bergoreng (sekali skala boleh makan during cheat day) - my cheat day is every sunday

- Banyakkan makan buah and sayur (rebus, ulam2 or masak mcm biasa dgn minyak sikit)

- My protein Ayam or ikan

- Kawal portion makanan (bnyk tips portion makanan dekat internet) this really does help sebab bila kita sdh start kawal portion our body will automatically start ikut quantity makanan yg kita selalu makan. Sejak sy kawal portion makanan I can't really eat much like I used to, and for me it's good so habit dulu2 yang kuat makan sampai tidak ingat dunia sudah hilang🤣

- For exercise, sy cuma guna stepper sebab sy ni malas sikit when it comes to workout😂 so sy guna stepper ja (2000 steps per day) but depends kalau blum penat then I'll just continue until sy penat haha.

- Lastly, paling penting adalah to drink detox before tidur untuk melancarkan pencernaan (brand detox yg sy guna is belloss fiber from kitsui)

Tapi apa2 pun setiap orang ada cara tersendiri, sebab this tips maybe works for me but maybe not for others. There are lot of weightloss tips that you can find or read in the internet but yang paling penting kena sabar and konsisten. Trust the process ✨
