mental health checkin

hey guys… sorry it’s been a minute.

last month was really overwhelming.

my best/only friend in AZ moved to Cali.

wedding planning hasn’t been going as smoothly as I anticipated.

my engagement ring saved my finger from being crushed, but now is at the jeweler being repaired. 😭

work has been busy… which is good because being a server at a resort can be seasonal so I’m enjoying the money while it’s flowing.

I haven’t worked out at all… I need to be more mindful this next month with taking care of my body… since I officially have one month until my breast augmentation!

I took a mental health day and called off work. I’m going to refresh and restart the week on the right foot… speaking it into existence now 🤞❤️‍🩹
