3 real lessons I learned while job hunting

I was a corporate girlie for the last 10 years and in May 2023, I left my job (story for another day) expecting that I would be able to find a new job fairly easily as I’m in the Digital Marketing space.

10 months down the road, after countless job applications, a handful of interviews and multiple rejections, I got 2 offers recently and chose one of them.

Looking back, the last 10 months have been extremely humbling and I was constantly navigating a whole rollercoaster of emotions daily (bless my husband). I know the job market is still incredibly tough and I would like to use this platform to share my experience/lessons with the hope that if you’re also in the same predicament, you would feel a lil less alone and a lil more hopeful ❤️
