Make your New Year’s Resolutions into a game!

I always find it hard to stick to my New Year’s resolutions and then feel a sense of shame if I don’t complete one (I’m looking at you not ordering delivery👀).

This year I decided to approach it a little differently. Instead of having a list of resolutions that may be strict and limiting, I wrote out a list of goals and turned it into BINGO!

This will allow me to reward myself for meeting my goals, and be excited to get working on the next one.
