i’ve been posting constantly for quite some time now but im not an expert 😅 but here are some things i’ve observed so far based on my own experience!

the best timing that i think will get u the most interactions are

weekdays: 730pm-8pm/ 915pm-945pm

weekends: 12pm-1pm

of course this is not a hard and fast rule and what you post matters too but i usually notice high views from the get-go when i post at these timings and a huge jump in views + likes/saves during this timing if i post earlier!

if you notice that your post isn’t gaining traction, try changing the headline! i’ve tried tweaking my headline (several time) and managed to gain more traction even after a week since i’ve posted!

another thing i’ve noticed is that my posts don’t get as much interactions after the 2 day mark so it’s important to post constantly as it can help bump your other posts!

it’s also perfectly normal for your posts to not do as well as you intended or as well as other posts but it’s ok and it’s always good to try out different content types and ideas to see what sticks!
