Here’s a quick little flow I did after taking a break from the gym. I was looking for a gym around my job and decided to do a free trial at complete body gym. The gym it self was one floor but definitely a maze full of great machines, fitness studios, they even have saunas!
I knew I couldn’t pick up any barbell weights so a dumbbell workout was the perfect way to go.
I ended up being quite sore but nothing that too me out for days. Here’s the deets:
rdls: 3 sets x 10
bicep curls x shoulder press: 3 sets x 10
rear delt flies x bent over rows: 3 sets x 10
core marches: 3 sets of 20 each side
