Would you pay this price for sustainable fashion?

I recently came across this store in Funan mall called The Green Collective where they carry eco-friendly, sustainable, local brands that really aren’t all that expensive!

While shopping there I chanced upon this 100% linen set (top $60, bottom $88) from You Living Sg and immediately bought it just because it was the last one!

They had other colours avail too but im a sucker for white linen

This just got me thinking how willing are we to pay the extra price for sustainable slow fashion, compared to fast fashion where there are so many sales and mass bulks produced, where the fashion cycle changes so quickly and before we know it our pieces are thrown out!

This company makes its pieces sustainably, only producing a small quantity so as to reduce the amount of waste produced! Personally I think investing in slow fashion is great despite the heavier price tag, cause they guarantee quality and clean ingredients too!

Now that I know about this store and the brand I’ll definitely be making a switch and practising being more eco-friendly! Check out The Green Collective if you’re ever in Funan!
