HDB RESALE COMPLETION - 18/10/24

Words cannot describe how happy we are. We are FINALLY HOMEOWNERS🎉🎉🎉

We arrived at the HDB Hub 45mins earlier than the appt time, because EXCITED ma. But the system only allows us to take queue no abt 15mins before the appt time. Subsequently, when our turn came, the Customer Relations Executive guided us very specifically on the documents to sign and key points to note. The process went vv smoothly.

Now, if you guys are coming for a resale completion appointment, do remember to bring:

1. NRICs of buyers

2. Fire insurance certificate printout (to purchase on Etiqua website, vv cheap, $2 for 5 years)

3. Option to purchase

4. Payment arrangement for the balance (NETS, paynow or bank order, I remember for amt greater than a certain number, must use bank order)
