HDB resale approval - dream coming true!!!!

Dear fellow 🍋8!

I cannot wait to share with you guys my extreme joy and excitement upon receiving approval email for my HDB resale flat!

It has been an emotional roller roaster since July when my husband said we should get a resale flat. I did not believe that we can afford a home at this young age, given little savings in our account (not super little, but prob not sufficient for a house). That dream seemed so far away.

And along the whole house buying journey, I kept questioning myself is this true? can anything go wrong? especially w my part time job and having a baby (so I cannot work as frequently), will the HDB loan get approved? So many questions racing in my head.

But NOW, the dream is coming TRUE!! It just feels so SURREAL.
