Coffee Shop Order Inspo

Some of my absolute favorite coffee shop orders!

Here’s a breakdown of each drink:

Cortado:

A beverage consisting of espresso mixed with a roughly equal amount of warm milk. Traditionally not sweetened, but when I first started drinking them I would add a little white chocolate or brown sugar! Note that is much stronger + smaller than a typically latte

Chai Latte:

Spicy, sweet and delicious! A chai latte is typically black tea infused with cinnamon, clove and other warming spices then mixed with milk. I’ve found that almost every coffee shop makes their chai differently. So if I’m feeling adventurous that’s what I’ll ordered since it’s bound to be a little different every time! And i find the flavor of oat milk goes perfectly with this drink!

Iced Americano:

Made by combining espresso shots with water and ice. It’s a refreshing drink for the summer! It highlights the bold, rich flavors of the espresso and typically has a stronger coffee taste than a latte. I love adding a little cream and some lavender or honey!

Honey + Cinnamon Latte

I’m aware it’s summer time and this is not your typical “summer” flavor. Hot or iced I LOVE this flavor combo. Bonus points if they can steam the ground cinnamon into the milk! And local honey is always best!
