Remember to warmup/stretch prior to starting the workout and challenge yourself! Rep ranges are just recommended, make sure you’re pushing yourself with either increasing your weight, tempo (speed of reps), or increasing reps! This is how muscle is built 💪

SUPERSET (no rest) with body weight squats AMRAP (as many reps as possible). Push yourself!

🍑: Reverse Lunges

3x10 each leg

🍑: Bulgarian split squats

3x10 each leg

🍑: Single leg Glute bridges

3x10 each leg

SUPERSET (no rest) with double leg Glute bridges AMRAP (as many reps as possible)

🍑: Deficit Lunges

3x10 each leg
