I have taken the LSAT twice before I was decided to apply to law school. The first time, I hoped the score was higher and then the second time, I got the score I had hoped for!

Here’s some of what worked for me:

1. ⏱️ Timed Drills - time is against you on this exam. Start by giving yourself more than 60 minutes for a section and see how you do. Once you’ve mastered that time and can easily move through the section, begin decreasing your time slowly.

2. 📆It’s okay to change your test date - YES. It is expected to want to take the rest before applications open, but it’s better to take the test when you genuinely feel ready rather than settle for a score that could’ve been better. The first time, I genuinely thought I wasn’t ready but tried convincing myself otherwise. Listen to yourself, and move the date.

3. 🔮PowerScore Crystal Ball - this is something I wish I knew the first time around. The PowerScore crystal ball is done by two hosts and they go over each round of testing. They discuss what trends are occurring in the test by test makers and the probability of what test they will reuse for the coming months. (Crazy I know) for my test they predicted the exam test that would be tested and had already given tips on what to study more on. It’s a lengthy video, but watch it because it’ll benefit you later.

4. 📈 Full Length Practice Tests - these will keep you on track. I used blueprint, and their full length tests that grade the exam for you while giving you a breakdown of what type of questions you missed.

I hope this helps, if you ever have any questions reach out! ❤️ GOOD LUCK!
