Day 14 of Soft 75

Two weeks into my 75 day journey! I’m happy that I decided one random Thursday that “today’s the day”. There’s no better time than right now to make positive change in your life!

Today is also weigh in day and photo progress which I will be posting later, to keep everything consistent. I’m just noticing now that I forgot my fruit yesterday, but it’s okay! We can have two fruits today!

So minor set backs make you feel like you need to start over?
