good vibes, good life✨

I usually like to read non-fiction books, but I recently read the book "Good Vibes, Good Life" by Vex King and I really enjoyed it! This is a personal development book about how to live a happier life.

Vex gives so many practical tips on how to be more positive in general, but there's no toxic positivity. He relates all of his tips to his own life and struggles which feels really authentic and definitely makes it more meaningful.

There are so many passages that push you to really reflect on your mindset and how you approach life. The practical suggestions for living a more meaningful life are really powerful and is definitely advice that can be followed.

I really loved reading this book because it reminded me of how important self-care is and pushed me to be more mindful about my thoughts and actions.

I highly recommend reading this book!!
