Luxe Foundations ✨

Calling all foundation lovers! What kind of foundations are you loving? And what do you look for in a foundation? These three have been in my routine recently but I’m always looking to try new ones!

✨Armani Luminous Silk

The Armani Luminous Silk foundation is so good! It’s lightweight and thin and doesn’t sink into my pores or exacerbate my texture. It’s not drying and it doesn’t look cakey. It can start to wear off towards the end of the day depending on what I’m doing though. This is Shade 4.75 which is a tiny bit too pink for me but still works.

✨Lancome Teint Idole Care & Glow

I tried this Lancome foundation at Ulta, and the shade matches me perfectly. When I started wearing it I realized it is a lot thicker than I thought it was going to be. It ends up kind of cakey on certain areas of my face and I’m not sure yet if it’s the foundation or the primer I’m wearing underneath. So I’m going to keep giving it a few more chances and If you have any tips let me know!

✨Chantecaille Future Skin

The Chantecaille foundation is so thin and so serum like. It’s one that works for my dry skin without making me look dryer or older. The downside is that it is pretty expensive, coming in at $89.
