Swatching Saie Foundations ✨

Saie launched the Glowy Super Skin Lightweight Hydrobounce Serum Foundation (yes, that’s its full name) earlier this year and it was so exciting! Previously, they only had the Slip Tint tinted moisturizer as a base, which is technically a tinted moisturizer with SPF and not a foundation. While I like both of them, I do think there’s a few differences and I change which one I wear depending on my skin’s mood.

Glowy Super Skin is a lot thinner and has medium buildable coverage. Less is more with it and I know some people have issues with it acting differently depending on the skincare they use underneath. When I use too much of this I can get a cakey look that settles into my pores so I start off with one pump. It gives a dewy look which I love because I’m a dry girl but could be too much for oily skin!

Slip Tint has a more sheer coverage and is thicker and a little heavier feeling but I love that it contains SPF. It also has a dewy finish, but I find it to be more natural looking. It does not cling to any dry patches that I have and doesn’t settle into any lines throughout the day.
