If you're ever in Hanoi, you've got to check out Quán Bánh Canh Ghẹ Út Còi and try their signature crab noodle dish!!

All I knew about Vietnamese food were bahn mi, pho, their coffee and their spring rolls.. nobody ever told me about trying their crab noodle dish!?? WHY!?!?

So here I am.. telling you!

🦀 Crab Noodle Dish

The dish consisted of a thick and hearty noodle soup base that was loaded with chunks of succulent crab meat, which gave the dish a really rich and savory flavor. It’s kinda like suan la tang texture?

The noodles themselves were really unique, too. They were a little thicker than the typical rice noodles you might find in a Vietnamese soup, but they were perfectly cooked and had a really satisfying chewiness to them.

I would say that the crab noodle dish was the perfect combination of savory, spicy, and fresh flavors. It was filling and hearty, but at the same time felt light and refreshing because of all the fresh herbs and spices (which wasn’t too strong so it’s a nice balance)!Definitely a must-try for anyone who loves Vietnamese cuisine! ❤️🇻🇳
