Blue Dream Bread Cafe in Dalat offers a range of freshly baked bread options that we are so spoilt for choice!

Here are a few of the standout choices that I tried during my visit:

Croissants - they have a lot of different flavours of croissant like pistachio avocado croissant! The croissant has a nutty and buttery flavor from the pistachio, combined with the rich and creamy taste of avocado.

Cruffin- this combines the best elements of a croissant and a muffin with a rich coffee flavor. It typically has a light and flaky croissant-like texture on the outside, but with a soft and moist muffin-like crumb on the inside. The pastry is filled with a creamy coffee-flavored filling or topped with a coffee glaze!! If you love coffee you must try this flavour!

Brownie- The brownie has a crispy, crackly crust on the outside with a fudgy and dense interior. What makes the brownie at Blue Dream Bread even more special is the addition of toppings or mix-ins, such as nuts or chocolate chips. Depending on the day, the cafe may offer different variations of the brownie, so there may be different options to choose from!!
