If you want to get a job as a photographer before you start as a freelancer here are a few tips that will help you get your foot in the door. Go on some career sites like Glassdoor or linkden and search for jobs in photography or even internships (internships can lead to paid jobs sometimes and just apply to as many as you can. The next thing you gonna do is look for the hiring manager of that same company and send her your portfolio or more so, just let her know what you can do for the company or brand that other people won't be able to do (even if its something small) this will already make you look 100 times better then your competitors who applied for the same job, and that's due to the effort.
