CAMERA SETTINGS FOR PARTY PHOTOS

These are called shutter photos and I love when I have a setting at the end of a wedding night that allows me to throw some of these into the gallery. They’re dynamic, fun, and give off movement/party vibes. Here’s my settings:

ISO: between 800-1000

SHUTTERSPEED: 1/6 or slower

APERTURE: f/12-f/16

You need your flash to point directly at your subjects on these. They work best with string lights or chandeliers to pull that light from. Click the shutter then drag the camera away from your subject (I recommend dragging downward) I think they’re best used sparingly ;)
