Morning routines are essential for your day especially if you’re trying to glow up! A morning routine should ground you, fuel you and have you feeling ready to take on the day 🥹

naturally I have more anxiety in the morning when I’m first waking up because cortisol is higher. I find if I start looking at my phone right when waking up my anxiety gets so much worse!

But if I set my phone down and meditate or at least take the first 15-30 minutes or the morning without my phone, my anxiety will chill out faster!

the next thing I do is hydrate and start taking supplements! I like making a greens drink with probiotics & digestive enzymes to start my gut off right! I try to consume at least 12-16 oz of water in the morning.

I’ll drink my mornings bevs while I start making breakfast! I try to eat protein and healthy fat in the morning to balance my blood sugar and boost my metabolism!

That’s about the first hour of my morning + getting ready and doing skin care. I’ll then try to go on a walk or do a Pilates workout! This helps me get blood flowing and good endorphins going ✨

This might not work for everyone because of schedules & personal needs but this is what works for me!🥰
