It sounds cliche but a consistent morning routine will change your life! Start now before the winter months so your body is in the habit ✨here is mine:
• wake up at the same time every morning
• meditate or journal
• look at natural light
• oil pulling & skin care
• breakfast before coffee
Get outside!
When you are outside, fresh air can help raise oxygen levels in your brain, which increases serotonin levels! Sunlight also increase serotonin production ☀️ there are still many things you can do outside during the fall! Here are some:
• fall hikes
• pumpkin patch
• long walks
• sitting outside with hot tea
• going to an orchard
Get into the holidays!
These next few months are full of fun things to do and nostalgia 🥹 Doing traditions we used to as a kid is important for connecting with our inner child! Here are some ways to get into the holidays:
