Lacto-fit Probiotics Review

Hello Beauties,

I do constantly take probiotics, I wonder if anyone does the same. And as a K-Beauty fan, many might have heard of Lacto-Fit. And this is their most popular product in Korea, Probiotics Gold.

I have been taking this for over a year and will like to share my experience of taking this.

PROS:

1. Taste like grapes Yakult. Really yummy

2. Get lesser diarrhoea when I eat dirty street food

3. Able to go washroom more often, then without probiotics

4. Very convenient packaging

5. Easy to consume and the powder is not that fine that will fly around when poured into my mouth. And not easy to get choked on.

CONS:

Nothing is bad about this.

How do I consume:

Every night before bed or on empty tummy in the morning
