We arrived at Mr.Ghalit's campsite at night in the Sahara Desert. The guys just finished setting up our tent/Khayma. The campsite is in Merkeye, Tiris Zemmour Region in Mauritania. Gerak Darma's team is sitting in the tent and catching up with our phone texts and messages. Have a small meal and tea before going to bed. The Khayma is comfortable and shields us from the desert's strong wind. The plan was to sleep under the stars outside the Khayma, but the strong wind prevented that. Ready for bed and see you all tomorrow at the gold mine.
