Oat crumble bar

Baking direction.

1.Preheat oven to 175C

2.Crumble part

- Mix oat, flour, Salt, Sugar and baking soda together with butter until crumbly.

3.Straberry filling part

- Mix strawberry,sugar,cornstarch and vanilla extract.

4.Press 2/3 of the oat crumble mixture into the bottom of the baking tray. Cut strawberry into half and spread over the base. Use the remaining oat crumble mixture to be the top layer.

5.Bake for 35 minutes, Let's cool completely, then refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting into square.
