How we talk to ourselves is a major force in our daily happiness, capacity to love and ultimately our success. The first step to stopping negative self-talk is to understand that we can’t stop our thoughts, but it is possible to change how we talk to ourselves.

Negative self-talk can mean different things to different people. To me, it happens when I diminish my own abilities, potential or belief in myself. Here are some things that have helped me undercut negative self-talk and I hope they can help you too!
