a love letter to my body 🫶🏽

a reminder of all the things our bodies do for us. they are the most amazing thing we will ever own. they were made to take up space and be loved.

i’m sure there are a lot of us that have been our own worst critics and have had love/hate relationships with our bodies over the years but this is a reminder of how lucky we are to have the bodies we live in and to treat it with more respect, compassion and kindness.
