Hello, my name is Gabriela, and four years ago, I decided to start going to the gym, filled with fear, to bring a change to my life. I initially thought it would only bring a physical transformation, but I was surprised to find that it also brought a mental transformation. Over the next few days, I will be sharing how I managed to gain muscle mass and maintain my body without the need for diets or restrictions.
