### Ingredients:
- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 1-2 bell peppers, sliced (any color)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound garlic beef sausage, sliced
- 1-2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1-2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1-2 green jalapeños, sliced (adjust to taste)
- Sea salt, to taste
- Olive oil and butter (for cooking)
- Dan-O's seasoning (or your favorite spice blend)
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional, to balance flavors)
### Instructions:
1. **Heat a large skillet** over medium heat and add a mix of olive oil and butter.
2. **Add the sliced sausage** to the skillet and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the onions and bell peppers. Sauté until they start to soften.
4. **Stir in the chopped cabbage** and cook until it starts to wilt.
5. **Add minced garlic**, jalapeños, onion powder, garlic powder, Dan-O's seasoning, paprika, sea salt, and sugar. Mix well.
6. Return the sausage to the skillet and stir everything together. Cook for a few more minutes until the cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.
7. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
