I was craving a jalapeño cheddar bagel this morning with a ton of cream cheese but being on a calorie deficit I know if I don’t eat enough protein for breakfast I will be hungry for a huge lunch and dinner. I also don’t like all the additives in the jalapeño cheddar bagels from the bakery’s so I compromised and came up with this and it isn’t no jalapeño cheddar bagel BUT it hit the spot and my bagel craving is out of the way.
