bc god left me first

let me preface this with this; i grew up catholic with parents who were divorced before marrying eachother.

i went to church every single week as a kid but i never cared. we never listened to the christian radio stations, we never prayed outside of saying grace, and i never read the bible.

i knew from a young age i didn’t believe. like 10.. but when i was around 13/14 years old i tried so hard to believe. i wanted to but i couldn’t. i always felt like an outsider. an imposter.

when i was in 6th grade we learned about greek mythos and i really clicked to that. i started researching more & eventually realized i was being called to athena so i started working with her,, i haven’t looked back.

god was never there for me. even when i wanted so badly to believe. and that’s why i left christianity
