for those heading to korea soon, here are #MyTop3 places to eat ๐Ÿ˜‹ (iโ€™m reminiscing while editing the photos ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ)

1. Chaedo

TOP on my list is this quaint cafe hidden in busan! this was one of our impromptu brunches, and we unexpectedly found it by searching on naver maps for nearby places to eat at. thankfully, it didnโ€™t disappoint at all โ˜บ๏ธ

you can tell that a lot of hard work and heart goes into each of their dishes, because every item was plated beautifully and complemented with 2 cute appetisers: a yogurt parfait and crackers with cream cheese dip.

THE STAR FOR ME WAS THE MOZZARELLA TOMATO BASIL SANDWICH ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ all ingredients were so fresh, and the bread was so soft and fluffy ๐Ÿž it tasted like a flavourful, and healthier version of a pizza ๐Ÿ• the shrimp oil pasta was also SUPER DELICIOUS! the sauce was flavour-packed, and the garlic was fried perfectly ๐Ÿ‘Œ even after all the pasta was finished, we were still scooping all the remaining sauce from the plate ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

2. Haeundae Choryang Wheat Noodles

second on my list is this restaurant that sells busanโ€™s version of naengmyeon! you should definitely try their bibim-mul milmyeon which is a mix between the traditional mul milmyeon (cold noodles in chilled broth) and bibim milmyeon (spicy cold noodles) ๐Ÿœ this version struck a nice balance between the 2, as it wasnโ€™t too heavy nor too plain ๐Ÿ˜‹

another must order is their WANG MANDU ๐ŸฅŸ which were stuffed to the brim with crunchy ground vegetables and meat! it wasnโ€™t mushy or overly soft, which is usually the case for frozen dumplings, so we could tell that they were handmade. the dumplings were also flavoured perfectly, such that i didnโ€™t need to add any sauces to go with it.

3. Chungmuro Jjukkumi Bulgogi

my favourite meal in seoul was at this grilled octopus restaurant ๐Ÿ™ tbh, i didnโ€™t expect myself to enjoy this so much because iโ€™m not a big octopus fan. but, i loved this sooo much ๐Ÿ˜„ it was VERY spicy ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ๐Ÿฅต and had a SUPER PROMINENT smoky and charred flavour ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿคค if you like wokhei infused in your dishes, you definitely have to come try!!

another must-get is their kimchi fried rice which was incredibly flavourful with loads of the gochujang and kimchi added, itโ€™s truly one of the BEST kimchi fried rice iโ€™ve ever tried!!!

if yall get a chance to try these places out, i hope u enjoy them as much as i did ๐Ÿ™‚โ€โ†•๏ธ
