Back in 2017, my girlfriends and I took a trip to London & Paris for the fun of it. While in London, we grabbed lunch at a fabulous restaurant called Duck & Waffle. It’s located on the 40th floor of a high rise in Bishopsgate and best of all, it’s open 24 hours. The menu rotates between breakfast, lunch & dinner, and late night.

The following year, 2018, my would-be husband surprised me with a trip to London & Dublin. After a showing of The Phantom of the Opera, we went and had a late night dinner and it was incredible. He got the Duck & Waffle (£26) and I got the Dry Aged Beef Burger (£18).

Last year, 2023, we made another trip and of course it wouldn’t have been complete without a stop for lunch at our favorite restaurant. We got the Whole Roasted Corn Fed Chicken (£48) and the incredibly delicious Rosemary & Garlic Bread (£10). That bread haunts my dreams. It’s made fresh, to order, and it comes to your table as hot and crispy like nothing you’ve ever had in your life. I wish I could make it at home because it’s amazing.

If you ever find yourself in London, I highly recommend a visit to this amazing restaurant. The food is delicious, the cocktails are sublime, the views are fabulous … you simply MUST go!
