a FUN way to keep fit | i tried Muay Thai🥊

I try to keep fit by incorporating fun and exciting workouts to my routine! Hence, I went to try Muay Thai for the first time 🤩

Honestly, I felt a little but intimidated at first because I thought I had to spar with an opponent 😭🥊 but it was really fun and super satisfying to hear the 💥Pow💥 sound when you punch and kick the protective pads!

I would definitely want to go back but with my own boxing gloves LOL
