1. The stylist will say upfront how to achieve the color you want and how your hair will turn out

2. No hidden fees - hair stylist tell me how much I need to pay before they doing my hair

3. The stylist in Cineleisure is cute and well mannered! Haha.. as someone older I prefer young people to be honest, and polite.
