HACK: How to Bake a Marshmallow in a Cookie

Ever wonder how people add marshmallows to cookies that pull apart in the middle?

I always wondered too. So I started experimenting by making batches of S’mores Cookies 🤤

My first batch used mini marshmallows.

While these cookies were delicious, there weren’t any big pockets of marshmallow and no marshmallow pull.

I then switched to using big marshmallows, but how on earth would I put it in a cookie?!

The method I use is to portion out the dough, create a hole in the middle that can fit the marshmallow.

Wrap the dough around the marshmallow until it reaches the top.

Place on the baking sheet and bake!

The cookies spread out perfectly creating the perfect, gooey marshmallow center 🍪
