WHIPPED RICOTTA STRAWBERRY TOAST 🍓🍞

To make this whipped ricotta

1. add 1 cup of ricotta to a bowl

2. add about 1 tbsp of honey and mix with a whisk or hand mixer

3. dice strawberries into tiny chunks

4. fold into the whipped ricotta

5. add this to your favorite piece of toast (i love sourdough) oe even as a frosting to cake 💃🏻

6. enjoy
