Always a fan of quick & easy meals because I prepare my lunches in between classes! Tried this chilli oil noodles the other day and it is soo easy to prepare. Very easily customisable with toppings of your choice too! I topped it off with some bokchoy and a fried egg - only took me less than 10 minutes for this entire meal~
Prep & cook time: <10 min
Ingredients:
✧ noodles of choice
✧ 2 TBsp butter
✧ 2 TBsp chilli crisp/chilli oil (adjust according to preference)
✧ 3 cloves garlic, minced
✧ 1/2 TBsp rice vinegar
✧ 1 TBsp soy sauce
✧ any other toppings of choice
Steps:
1. Prepare noodles of choice according to package instructions
2. Melt butter in a pan on low heat
3. Add in chilli crisp/chilli oil
4. Add in minced garlic
5. Add in soy sauce & rice vinegar
6. Mix well
7. Add in cooked noodles and mix well to coat noodles completely
8. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions (optional), serve with toppings of choice!
