How to get medical tape adhesive off :)

I have trouble of adhesive sticking to my skin after taking athletic/ KT tape off my knees.

First I rip off tape and get nail polish remover

Using a cotton pad the acetone in nail polish removed majority of adhesive off.

Afterwards I soak in warm water to make sure it all comes off.

Finally make sure to put lotion on because the acetone tends to dry out skin.

DONT USE IF SKIN BREAKS OUT.
